RULES
Required subjects:
1) The Austro-Hungarian Empire
2) Endangered species protection (patronage from CITES)
– Authors are required to submit illustrated comics for all assigned topics
– Total number of comics from one author is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5.
– Cartoons on subjects other than those listed will not be accepted
– Cartoons must have won at least one award in another contest
– Cartoons without words are not required, but are preferred
– Cartoons must be submitted solely in electronic form to: mfkh@email.cz
– Technical parameters of the illustrations are: min. 300 DPI,and JPG, PNG, or PDF formats.– By submitting a comic, the author agrees that:
a) The organiser may use their cartoons for event promotion
b) The cartoons shall be used in the humour magazine, Tapír
– Cartoons and application must be submitted to the e-mail address listed above by 30/04/2017 at the latest.
– The application is included in these rules—see belowAccommodations: Exhibiting artists free.
Accommodation is possible only from 14 July to 16 July 2017
